  • To Use: Apply to your scalp - concentrate in areas that need the most love. Massage into scalp. Allow to sit for 20 minutes before washing. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

  • We do not allow returns or refunds unless an item is defective or there was a mistake. If an error was made by Finch & Fen, please email us with a photo within 14 days of purchase.

    Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken orders. Priority insurance through USPS covers $50 of mistakes made on their behalf and additional insurance can be added to any order.

    If any order covered by insurance is damaged in transit, you can file a claim with USPS by going to USPS.com and entering in your tracking number. You must have a photo evidence of damage to the package as well as a photo of the shipping label.
