To Use: Add 1-2 tablespoons to 8 oz of boiled water. Allow to steep for 10+ minutes. Strain. Sweeten as desired. To make iced tea, steep ½ cup in 1 quart of water and add another quart of cold water and ice to make ½ gallon

If any order covered by insurance is damaged in transit, you can file a claim with USPS by going to USPS.com and entering in your tracking number. You must have a photo evidence of damage to the package as well as a photo of the shipping label.
